How to pay, payment methods

You have 3 payment methods:

1. Cash on delivery upon receipt of the parcel by courier
2. Online card payment
3. Payment by transfer/payment order

Cash on delivery payment

Cash payment is made in lei, in full upon delivery with cash on delivery, when the value of purchases does not exceed the amount of 4999 lei.
In the case of delivery of products by couriers, payment will be made to the commissioner who makes the delivery.

Online card payment

To ensure the security of transactions, magazin.fluxit.ro uses the MobilPay payment application from Netopia System.

Your card information is processed by a specialized third party and we consider it information of the highest confidentiality. We do not keep information about your cards at magazin.fluxit.ro.

You can pay online with your personal or company card, in complete security. Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the logos VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro).

For the correct completion of the transaction, you must provide the card code (all digits from the four groups on the front of the card, without spaces), the expiration date and the last three digits on the back of the card written on the strip with your signature (depending on the card, may be missing).

Regardless of the currency you have in your account, transactions are made in lei, at the exchange rate of your bank.

No additional commission is charged for online card transactions.

Payment by payment order

After completing and confirming the order, you will receive by email all the necessary payment information as follows:

The products will be delivered only after we have confirmation that the money has entered our account. Payment confirmation can take between 24 and 48 hours.

For the delivery of products with a value of over 1500 lei, an advance of minimum 50% and maximum 100% of their value is charged. These products may or may not be in the importer's stock, but they can be brought to order and for this reason this advance is charged.

After confirming the order and confirming the acceptance of an advance payment, a proforma advance invoice will be issued that can be paid in a maximum of 3 days, during which the product will be reserved.

After confirming and verifying the payment, the product will be delivered to the customer at the address mentioned in the order and the rest of the money (if the advance was less than 100%) will be paid by cash on delivery or by card to the courier.
