Delivery
Products are delivered by fast courier. We deliver with SAMEDAY.
The standard transport cost is 25 lei. This cost applies to deliveries in the most important cities in the country.
For a minimum order of 1000 lei, shipping is free within the courier's coverage limit. If the destination town is outside the standard coverage limit, additional costs will be requested for additional km.
For deliveries in localities located outside the coverage area of a SAMEDAY pick-up warehouse (hub) and for which it will be necessary to make a journey that will involve a number of additional kilometers, in certain situations you will be contacted to send and accept a supplement of cost. Also, in the case of a voluminous product that exceeds a weight of more than 3-4 kg, an additional cost will be applied compared to the standard one.
Registered orders are delivered according to the method chosen and the information provided in the order process. In the case of deliveries by courier, he will issue a receipt on the spot for the amount paid. This receipt will represent proof of cash payment, valid for both natural and legal person customers.

For the delivery of products with a value of over 1500 lei, an advance of minimum 50% and maximum 100% of their value is charged. These products may or may not be in the importer's stock, but they can be brought to order and for this reason this advance is charged.
After confirming the order and confirming the acceptance of an advance payment, a proforma advance invoice will be issued that can be paid in a maximum of 3 days, during which the product will be reserved.
After confirming and verifying the payment, the product will be delivered to the customer at the address mentioned in the order and the rest of the money (if the advance was less than 100%) will be paid by cash on delivery or by card to the courier.
Returns
Unilateral termination of the contract (Renunciation of the purchase):
Thus, the consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he is canceling the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product or, in the case of services, from concluding the contract.
According to the legislation in force, the cancellation of the purchase is applicable only to natural person customers.
This clause operates only if the restoration of the parties to the previous situation is possible.
If within 14 calendar days from the date of termination of the contract by the buyer, the latter does not return the product, the unilateral termination of the contract will not work.
The refund of the product value will be made in no more than 14 calendar days from the date of termination of the contract, by the buyer, to the customer's bank account. In the case of merchandise returns, the shipping cost is not returned.
For orders paid through a bank account, the refund of the product value is possible only in the same account from which the payment was made.
This clause applies according to GEO 34/2014, in the case of purchasing products from this site using remote communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in GEO 34/2014 art. 2 point 7.
General return conditions:
• The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered with all the accessories and documents that accompanied it.
• If the product is returned with a reduced value, as a result of appropriate (wear) or inappropriate use, we can request payment of the amount necessary to return the product to its initial state. In this case, the return request will be processed with the application of the product value reduction procedure and the decision will be communicated based on an aesthetic and technical assessment of the returned product.
• The return will be accepted only if the customer pays the decrease in value, respectively the counter value of bringing the product to its original state.
• Products can only be returned via a fast courier service. Postal service excluded.
• The cost of transporting the returned products is entirely the responsibility of the customer, FLUXIT SERVICES SRL cannot be held responsible for the damage or loss of the package.
• We reserve the right not to accept for return products that show physical changes, bumps, chips, scratches, shocks or other signs of wear.
• If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new, for example products that are delivered in sealed blisters, we reserve the right to request a fee for the return to the original state (if possible) or for to cover the price difference resulting from the sale of the product as second-hand.
• If the returned product was purchased during a promotional period accompanied by another gift product, the gift related to the basic product, which is the object of the return, is also returned.
• If the returned product was purchased during a period accompanied by a gift coupon, and the value of the coupon was converted into a discount and used in another subsequent order, the value of the used coupon will be retained by the buyer from the value of the returned product.
• Returning products is a facility granted only to natural persons.
Exception to cancellation/return:
• Products purchased by legal entities;
• Products that have undergone physical changes, hits, chips, scratches, etc.;
• Products brought by special order (with Preorder).
• Cardboard photo backgrounds that have been taken apart and used and part of which has been consumed;
• Products made according to the consumer's specifications or distinctly personalized products, as well as products that, by their nature, cannot be returned;
• Consumable products or products that can degrade or deteriorate quickly.
• Products of the type: cleaning solutions, accumulators, lamps, bulbs, batteries, paper backgrounds, memory cards.
Return conditions
We understand that choosing a camera or lens or compatible accessories is not always very easy to do, but we are here to help you.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the choice you have made, or if you have simply changed your mind, you have 14 calendar days from receiving the product to return the product.

The only cost you will have to bear is the transport fee and insurance for returning the package.

Return procedure:
Before sending us a return, please notify us of your intention by email, phone or via the return form in order to give you the necessary information and confirm the return together
It is necessary for the returned product to arrive by courier at our address: Strada Fabricii, no. 2B-A, bl. 15D, sc. 1, et. 10. Ap. 50, Sector 6, Bucharest within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the day you received it.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, together with the fiscal invoice (or a copy thereof) and all the documents, certificates, labels and accessories that accompanied it;
The product must not have personal accounts, security passwords, personal data.
Depending on the degree of wear found, we can send the product to the authorized service for a determination of the diminished value.
Consumable products can only be returned if they are sealed!
The category of consumable products includes: Printer ink, toner, paper, films, cleaning solutions, development solutions, accumulators, batteries, software licenses, CDs, books, earphones, cards.
The products purchased in the form of special packages or that benefit from other gift products cannot be returned individually, but also in the form of a package or together with the gift product.
Identical products unsealed in the case of purchasing several pieces
The conclusion of the contract takes place when the fiscal invoice is issued, not when the order is registered or when the confirmation of its registration is sent.
If all the above conditions are met, you just have to pack (ideally in the original packaging and package) and seal the package and hand it over to the courier you have chosen to send the package to FLUXIT SERVICES SRL.
Do not forget to provide us with the bank account (IBAN) in which you want us to refund the value of the returned product.
The IBAN must contain 24 characters (numbers and letters) and be expressed in RON;
If you paid for the product online, by bank card, the amount related to the returned product will be returned to the same bank account from which you made the payment.
Legal framework
- Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014- regarding the rights of consumers in contracts concluded at a distance: The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 days of receiving the product or, in the case of services services, from the conclusion of the contract.

- The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without bearing other costs than those provided for in art. 13 paragraph (3) and art. 14 of O.U.G No. 34/2014 .
- The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with the labels intact and the documents that accompanied it).
- If the product is returned with a reduced value, as a result of appropriate (wear) or inappropriate use, we can request payment of the value necessary to return the product to its initial state. In this case, the return request will be processed with the application of the product value reduction procedure and the decision will be communicated based on an aesthetic and technical assessment of the returned product.
- The return will be accepted only if the customer pays the decrease in value, respectively - the counter value of bringing the product to its original state.
OG 34/2014, Art. 14, point 3:
- The consumer is only responsible for the reduction in the value of the products resulting from their handling, different from what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
- In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, point (47) of the presentation: in order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer should touch and inspect them in the same way as he would allows to do it in a store.
- The return of the products will be done at the customer's expense, within the period of 14 days. The return request will be processed by FLUXIT SERVICES SRL with priority, and the value of the product will be returned only after receiving the product from the customer.
- If the product is not received within the 14-day period, the return request will expire according to Chapter IV, art 29, point 15 (new article):
Art. 59 (second) . - (1) With the exception of the case where the supplier has offered to recover the products himself, the end user returns the products or hands them over to the supplier or to a person authorized by the supplier to receive the products, without undue delay and within no more than 14 days from the date at which he communicated to the supplier his decision to withdraw from the contract in accordance with art. 58.
