All products sold by our website benefit from warranty conditions according to the legislation in force and the commercial policies of the manufacturers.

Procedure for Service and Guarantees

The necessary documents for granting the warranty for the purchased products:

When handing over the defective product during the warranty period, the customer must present the following documents:

• copy of the invoice attesting the proof of comparison (if applicable, the warranty certificate correctly completed, with the date of purchase, stamped and signed together with the invoice)

• the product, in good physical condition (with the exception of normal wear and tear, determined by its use)

• the technical documentation and any accessories with which the product was delivered

• detailed description of the product defect

• your contact details: name, surname, telephone, email, so that you can be informed about the status of the repair

If the above documents are not presented, FLUXIT SERVICES SRL cannot provide free service.

In the case of an unjustified request for granting the guarantee, the consumer will be asked for the value of the investigation work.

  The warranty does not cover:

- expenses and transport risks related to the product warranty

• any modification made to the product for its improvement without the written approval of the manufacturer or seller

• the necessary periodic maintenance and repair or replacement of components resulting from normal wear and tear

• physical defects caused by mechanical/thermal shocks (breaks, scratches, cracks, burns, deformations, etc.)

• the warranty is not covered if the manufacturer's labels, insignias and seals show erasures, changes, peeling or other traces of intervention

• the warranty is not covered in case of penetration of foreign objects or liquids inside the product

The procedure for repairing products under warranty:

  For returns of products under warranty, the customer must:

     inform the Seller in writing (e-mail) about the problem
     send proof of purchase of the product (invoice)
      if necessary, send a detailed photo of the product defect accompanied by the product series
      if necessary, if the defect cannot be repaired remotely, the customer sends the product to the headquarters of FLUXIT SERVICES SRL, bearing the transport costs of the product
     after fixing the defect, FLUXIT SERVICES SRL bears the transport costs to the customer (on the territory of Romania)
     under the conditions in which the total replacement of the defective product under warranty is required, with another one, and it is no longer available from the manufacturer (discontinued product), either it will be replaced with another similar product from the respective series/category, or will replace it with a product with different functionalities, by common agreement with the Buyer. If the price of the replaced product exceeds the value of the product to be replaced, the Buyer, by mutual agreement, will only pay the resulting price difference between the replaced product and the replaced product.

To repair a product that is no longer under warranty, the customer:

• informs us in writing (e-mail) about the problem that has arisen

• the products that will be sent to SC FLUXIT SERVICES SRL, must contain in the box, the complete data of the sender (name, address, email address, telephone) and an explanation of the defect, if the cause is known.

• after finding the defect and evaluating the cost of the repair, the client is notified and asked for his acceptance for any expenses that represent spare parts, labor and any finding

• round-trip transportation fees from the customer to SC FLUXIT SERVICES SRL are fully borne by the customer

In the event of defects occurring both during the warranty period and after its expiration, our company will provide all the necessary support to solve the potential problems, trying everything possible to solve them amicably.


SC FLUXIT SERVICES SRL reserves the right to modify the procedural conditions mentioned above, without prior notice.
